}Get team performance report
This API retrieves performance metrics for all teams (groups), including average response times, resolution times, and ticket counts with comparisons to the previous period.
When called with a CLI session instead of an API key, the report covers only the tickets the signed-in agent is allowed to see. Every response also carries start_date, end_date, previous_start_date and previous_end_date; each previous value is for the previous period of the same length (for example, this_month is compared with all of last month).
