}Get customer satisfaction report
This API retrieves customer satisfaction survey results showing response counts for each rating option.
When called with a CLI session instead of an API key, the report covers only the tickets the signed-in agent is allowed to see. Every response also carries start_date, end_date, previous_start_date and previous_end_date; each previous value is for the previous period of the same length (for example, this_month is compared with all of last month).
