customers

Customers are the people who raise tickets. For fields and response details, see the API reference.

customers create

Adds a customer to the workspace. The email address is what identifies them, and it is the same address tickets create matches on, so creating a customer up front lets you set their name, phone number and time zone before their first ticket arrives.

The CLI has no command for reading or updating customers. Fetch a ticket with tickets show to see the customer attached to it.
